Sprout — Private Therapy Companion
A calm, mobile-first web app that gives a therapy patient a private space to log sessions, notes, homework, journal entries, and payment reminders — with gentle WhatsApp and email reminders that keep the work between sessions alive.

Therapy happens once a week for an hour. The other 167 hours are where the work actually lives — the homework you were supposed to do, the journal entry you meant to write, the payment you keep forgetting. Most of that context gets lost between sessions, and most tools built for it are designed for the therapist, not the patient.
Sprout inverts that. It is a private, patient-first web app — no therapist portal, no analytics dashboard, no data leaving the person it belongs to. Each session gets its own page: pre-session prompts, in-session notes, post-session reflection, and the homework agreed on together. A journal supports short daily entries with mood tagging. A resources library holds worksheets and links the therapist has shared. Payment reminders live alongside session history so the practical and the personal aren't in two different apps.
The product now supports booking flows for new prospects with WhatsApp confirmations, transactional email fallbacks so nothing gets missed, and 24-hour and 15-minute session reminders. Row-level security means only the patient (and their explicitly connected therapist) can ever see the data — everything else on the platform is opaque.
